This will allow us to use our stock more efficiently - each item will be custom-made for every specific order.
Once you place your pre-order, the production of your item can take up to 15 business days, but usually it takes no more than 10 working days.
Our team and production are located in Ukraine.
Given that the logistics chains in the region are disrupted or broken due to a full-scale war, please keep in mind, that delivery of your order in this unpredictable conditions may take up to 6-8 weeks, depending on your country.
We want to be completely transparent on what could be expected, and we do our best to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible!

Each pre-order product is custom made for your order. This allow us to transfer the maximum amount of money to the needs of the Ukrainian army. Therefore we can offer replacements only in case of damaged or defective item.
