Do you ship internationally?
Zazako is proud to serve our customers from all over the world! The default pricing on our site is in US Dollars, the conversion rate depends on your issuing credit card company used on the transaction. All shipping rates available for your country will be displayed on the checkout page.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouses in the United States and China.
We process orders between Monday and Saturday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date depending on our volume and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends, our team is fantastic, but we still have to take a rest!
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to COVID-19, logistics and shipping facilities around the world are experiencing slight delays, so we want to be completely transparent on what could be expected.
Once you place your order, please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. After that, it will usually take 7-15 days for delivery in the United States (depending on your state), and 9-15 days for international orders (depending on your country). However, we do not exclude that you can receive your order earlier than the average shipping times indicated above - we do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible!

Why isn't my tracking info updating, is there something wrong?
This is completely normal. The tracking information normally lags behind the true status of your package. If it hasn't updated in over 2 weeks, please contact us.
My tracking info shows my package was delivered, but I never received it.
We know how important your order is! We provide our customers with the option to track your package. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your neighborhood in case another home received it by mistake.
Speak with family, roommates, etc. in the event they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office.
