Do you ship internationally?

Palianytsia is proud to serve our customers from all over the world! All international orders are shipped by Ukrposhta, and can be tracked here or here.

The default pricing on our site is in USD, the conversion rate depends on your issuing credit card company. The site will default US Dollars on the checkout page. 

When will my order be processed?

Our team and production are located in Ukraine. Given that the logistics chains are disrupted because of full-scale war, please keep in mind, that delivery of your order may take up to 6-8 weeks, depending on your country. We want to be completely transparent on what could be expected. We do our best to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible! 

Once you place your order, please allow us up to a week to process your order. If you have made a preorder of a product, the production can take up to 15 business days, but usually it takes no more than 10 working days.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to COVID-19 and full-scale war in Ukraine, logistics and shipping facilities around the world are experiencing delays and disruptions, so we want to be completely transparent on what could be expected.

Once you place your order, please allow up to a week to process your order.

After that, it will usually take 14-28 days for delivery in the United States (depending on your state), and 14-28 days for international orders (depending on your country).

Delivery within Ukraine is carried out by Ukrposhta and Nova Poshta and usually takes up to 7 days, depending on the region.

However, we do not exclude that you can receive your order earlier than the average shipping times indicated above - we do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible!

How can I track my package?

All international orders are shipped by Ukrposhta, and can be tracked here or here.

Delivery within Ukraine is carried out by Ukrposhta and Nova Poshta.

Why isn't my tracking info updating, is there something wrong?

This is completely normal. The tracking information normally lags behind the true status of your package. If it hasn't updated in over 4 weeks, please contact us.

My tracking info shows my package was delivered, but I never received it.

We know how important your order is! We provide our customers with the option to track your package. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your neighborhood in case another home received it by mistake.

Speak with family, roommates, etc. in the event they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office.

Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
